DESCRIPTION:Join us at Bay City Cycles for a month-long cycling challenge! For every 10 miles you cycle in September\, we’ll put your name in for a gift card drawing! Sign up anytime\, but the earlier you start\, the more miles you can track! Use whatever method of mileage tracking that you prefer (biking app like Strava or your cyclometer) and we’ll have you submit your weekly miles in a form to add your entries to the pot. This means you can participate from anywhere — from Seattle to Boston to Wisconsin!\n \nBest yet\, our weekly email prompts will include routes\, tips\, and ideas to get you motivated and riding!\n \nWe will keep a weekly “leader board” with first name and last initial of those who opt in to help those with the competitive spirit race to the most miles! This is totally optional and meant to be friendly competition and motivation.\n \nWe had 55 participants collectively log 12\,411 miles in September 2024!\n \nNew for 2025: if you’re using the Trek Ride Club app\, your miles are automatically submitted. SUMMARY:Mudrutters Off Road Mountain Bike Race
DESCRIPTION:July 19\, 2025 \nAnnual bike race in conjunction with Farm Road Trails in Ashland\, WI. \nA three category/distance\, mixed terrain off-road mountain bike race. Brand new purpose-built terrain along with old-school mountain bike trails for a blast from the past. This is a long-time held event in the Chequamegon Bay during the Bay Days Festival weekend. Held at the Farm Road Trail system – prizes\, food\, awards and good time with good people. A favorite among past racers for it’s uniqueness and atmosphere. \nWe’re a small event held on the locally owned and operated Farm Road Trails. We’ve been holding this race on Bay Days weekend in Ashland\, WI at Farm Road Trails since 2016\, but the race has existed in various iterations for years on and off. We’re thrilled to keep this race going. \nLearn more about Farm Road Trails on Facebook. \nRegistration for 2025 is $25 per racer online\, or $30 per racer on the day of the race\, paid by cash or check to Aaron Swanson. \n\nTender Mudder – A beginner’s course: easier course at approximately 7 miles. Estimated first finisher at 30 minutes.\nTough Mudder– Intermediate course: a course for experienced mountain bikers\, approximately 13 miles. Estimated first finisher at 60 minutes.\nInsane Mudder – A challenging course: a real technical and difficult challenge for those ready to push themselves\, approximately 15 miles.
