Tune up packages do not include costs of parts or additional labor items such as installations. We reserve the right to charge excess labor for excessively dirty, rusty, corroded, or difficult bicycles.
We offer a la carte bike repair if you’re in need of a minor fix or adjustment.
Flat repairs may be tackled on-the-spot — ready to go often within 1 hour. All other repairs will be scheduled for work in the queue.

These are brands which are reputable, UL tested, and we have access to training, diagnostics, and mechanic support.
Other brands battery and motor:
We work only on the non-electric and non-motor portions of the bicycle.
We cannot guarantee the safety of other brands. You get what you paid for.
We strongly recommend buying a bike-shop-sold electric bike. Direct-to-consumer electric bike brands may not be able to be serviced.
We have some talented individuals with a passion for special projects. These projects often require a unique set of skills and intensive time, energy, and research. We bill our time at $60/hour for any items not able to be quantified as a la carte labor. In particular, we will tackle:
Vintage bike restoration. We can help take that vintage bike and bring it back to life. Some tasks such as fresh paint must be sourced outside of Bay City Cycles. We can help you find those resources. Ask for Karl
