MudRutters Off-Road Mountain Bike Race

Annual bike race in conjunction with Farm Road Trails in Ashland, WI.

A three category/distance, mixed terrain off-road mountain bike race. Brand new purpose-built terrain along with old-school mountain bike trails for a blast from the past. This is a long-time held event in the Chequamegon Bay during the Bay Days Festival weekend. Held at the Farm Road Trail system – prizes, food, awards and good time with good people. A favorite among past racers for it’s uniqueness and atmosphere.

We’re a small event held on the locally owned and operated Farm Road Trails. We’ve been holding this race on Bay Days weekend in Ashland, WI at Farm Road Trails since 2016, but the race has existed in various iterations for years on and off. We’re thrilled to keep this race going.

Registration for 2024 is $35 per racer online, or $40 per racer on the day of the race, paid by cash or check to Aaron Swanson.

• Tender Mudder – A beginner’s course: easier course at approximately 7 miles. Estimated first finisher at 30 minutes.
• Tough Mudder– Intermediate course: a course for experienced mountain bikers, approximately 13 miles. Estimated first finisher at 60 minutes.
• Insane Mudder – A challenging course: a real technical and difficult challenge for those ready to push themselves, approximately 15 miles. Estimated first finisher at 90 minutes.

Race start and finish at 400 Salem Drive, Ashland WI. Registration/check-in from 8:30 to 9:30am. Race launch at 10am.
