The slow season has arrived and Bay City Cycles is officially moving to winter hours for November 2026 through March 2027.
Winter hours:
But winter at Bay City Cycles is not boring! There’s still so many opportunities to keep biking and hanging out together.

The Chequamegon Coasters host a weekly Zwift banded group ride every Wednesday at 5:30pm in the winter. Join the Chequamegon Coasters club on Zwift to get started. If you’re not familiar with virtual cycling with an indoor smart trainer, come chat with us! Or try out the demo set up in shop.

We host potlucks in the bike shop all winter long. The first Monday of each month from 6pm to 7:30pm, December through April, join us by bringing a dish, dishware if you can, and enjoy the bicycling community year-round.

Treat yourself or a friend to a bike-themed holiday gift this season. Join Michele Tegen from Anthony Jennings & Crew Real Estate to create a beautiful holiday wreathe out of genuine bicycle wheels! $49 per person. All materials provided. Maximum of 10 people, so register soon!

We offer hands-on bike repair classes during our slower season to keep the community together, informed, confident, and capable. We hosted a New Rider Maintenance class and a Derailleur Systems Class in October. More classes are dropping soon! Make sure you’re signed up for our emails to be the first to hear when they open.
